Reflex Aerospace is proud to announce the promotion of Felix Motzki to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Felix, who previously served as Reflex’s VP of Engineering, has been a cornerstone in the development of cutting-edge solutions within the company since 2023. During that time, he has led his team through successful product developments and has been pivotal in streamlining internal engineering processes.
His demonstrated leadership has involved his work on our SIGI mission, as well as regular development on Reflex’s in-house avionics unit; research and study projects; and overseeing the growth of the engineering team.
Felix’s expertise is backed by years of experience in cutting-edge engineering experience. As Director of Electronics and Software Development at Mynaric, and Director of Engineering at Satellogic, he led teams across the globe and successfully navigated the challenges of scaling up while meeting the highest standards of quality.
